The company began with the development of medical and dental offices throughout BC, particularly in the Lower Mainland, overseeing everything from initial concept and property acquisition to financing, contract negotiations, and ongoing property management.
Under Guy’s leadership, Realacorp was built on a foundation of integrity, dedication, and genuine care for people and properties. His commitment to treating others with kindness, fairness, and respect helped establish lasting relationships with clients, tenants, and business partners.
